Isometric (Phase 1: mode switch + power on only)

Phase 1 only sends: switch to isometric mode → zero-position check → load power on. Test results (peak force / RFD / TPF / impulse) are determined by the device and pushed via notifications. The CLI currently does not subscribe to or read back these results — view them on the device or in the app. Manually run finish-training to return to idle.
